Each piece is made to order, and takes 4-6 weeks to hand-stitch and ship. We will send you pictures and progress updates as we prepare your piece. As every stitch is placed by hand, no two pieces are identical. You can expect natural variations that make your specific item unique, while remaining faithful to the original design.

Because every artwork is hand-stitched and made to order specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed and delivered. If your artwork is damaged during transit or arrives with a craft defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the artwork to be returned to our studio, our team will assess the damage, and perform the necessary repairs at no cost to you. Shipping costs for valid damage claims will be handled by us.

Within UAE: All orders are flat and stretched on wooden frame. Outside UAE: All orders are rolled and shipped in a protective tube packaging (to save shipping costs). Shipping on wooden frame is available upon request (Call/WhatsApp +971555364661 or email us info@turathstudio.com).
