Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your artwork to be hand-stitched and prepared for shipment (depending on whether we have the artwork in stock and on how many orders are currently pending, this timeline could vary - reach out to us for a more specific timeline). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your artwork has been completed and dispatched.

Yes, you can get in touch with us directly to customize the colour of the Tatreez, the size of the artwork, and the photograph (if you have your own).

Yes, we share with you every step of the process, from picking out the colours (if its customized), to progress pictures and final touches.

Every artwork is hand-stitched and made to order specifically for you. Because they are uniquely created for you, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed and delivered.

We use DMC thread on cotton canvas with touches of gold foil.

Yes, we usually have a few pieces in stock and ready to deliver - get in touch with us to find out which pieces are readily available.

To ensure the safety of the hand-stitched details during transit, please note the following:

UAE Orders: Artwork is delivered stretched on it wooden framework / customized frame upon request. Please allow for 3-5 business days for delivery. International Orders: To prevent damage to the delicate stitching and framework during long-distance transit, international orders are shipped as the hand-stitched fabric only (un-stretched / unframed). The fabric will be securely rolled and protected in a shipping tube. This allows you to have the piece professionally framed or stretched locally to your preference. Please allow for 5-7 business days for delivery.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we understand that accidents can happen and your satisfaction is our priority. If your artwork is damaged during transit or arrives with a craft defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange for the artwork to be returned to our studio, our team will assess the damage, and perform the necessary repairs at no cost to you. Shipping costs for valid damage claims will be handled by us. Please reach out to us at info@turathstudio.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you immediately.
